As the curriculum progresses, topics will become increasingly difficult. Some concepts are naturally more advanced than others. If a certain topic does not make sense the first time that you come across it, then spend some extra time learning that topic. That may entail you watching that topic’s video for the second time or do the problem again from the beginning. Curriculum is structured in a way that the materials are built on top of one another. So if something doesn’t make sense half way through the instructional video, then stop the video right there and rewind the video. Rewatch the portion that gave you trouble. Soon enough, with enough practice, difficult concepts will become easier.
In addition to staying off social media while studying, if possible, it is also a good idea to eliminate other means of distraction including television, radio, cell phone, etc. It is once again worth repeating that focused work is the best work.
